The Company is concerned about your privacy and the protection of personal data, so we ensure that we process your personal data in accordance with the 2016 April 27 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter - the Regulation), the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the protection of personal data.

This Policy is intended for those data subjects (Clients) who provide their personal data to the Company using our services and / or by visiting the Company's e-converted-space> website ( www.fitlife.lt ), and (or) communicating with the Company on social networks (Facebook, Instagram) and (or) in other ways.

The purpose of this policy is to inform customers about the processing of their personal data in the Company, describing the purposes of personal data processed in the Company, legality conditions, storage terms and the rights of data subjects and their implementation.

means any information directly or indirectly related to the Customer, the identity of which is known or can be directly or indirectly established by using the relevant data.

Processing of personal data means any operation performed on personal data (including the collection, recording, storage, editing, modification, granting of access, requesting, transmission, archiving, etc.).

The Company follows the following principles of personal data processing when processing your personal data:

  1. Your personal data will only be processed to the extent necessary to achieve the relevant clearly defined and legitimate purposes, taking into account the protection of your privacy;

  1. For what purposes and what personal data do we process?
  1. For the purpose of concluding and performing a service contract.

In order for us to enter into and enforce a service agreement (FitLife Sports Club account) with you, the Company collects and processes the following personal information about you:

  • Name;
  • Date of birth;
  • Phone number;
  • Email mail adress;
  • Bank account number (when payments for services are made by bank transfer);

We process your personal data in accordance with the following conditions for lawful processing: The processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for action at the data subject's request before the contract is concluded (Article 6 (1) (b)). . We receive this personal data directly from you by concluding a subscription to the FitLife sports club. To make sure, we may ask you to verify your identity. We will process the mentioned personal data for the purpose of concluding and executing the service contract for the entire period of validity of the service contract and for 5 years after the end of the contract.

We note that this personal data is necessary for concluding and executing the agreement, therefore if you refuse to provide this personal data, the Company will not be able to conclude an agreement with you regarding the use of FitLife sports club services.

  1. For customer control and accounting purposes.

In order to control the access of individuals to the FitLife sports club and to ensure the proper fulfillment of contractual obligations, the Company collects and processes the following personal data of yours:

  • Name and Surname;
  • Address (when invoicing);
  • Personal identification number (when an invoice is issued and the subject wants his personal identification number on the invoice);
  • Photo (when the customer does not object);
  • Information about the existing subscriber (e.g. subscriber plan, subscriber validity);
  • Information about visits to the sports club (e.g. time of visit, number of visits);
  • Information about the fulfillment of obligations (e.g. receivables, compliance with rules, invoices issued, etc.).

We process your personal data in accordance with the following conditions for lawful processing: (1) The processing of personal data is necessary in order to ensure the legitimate interest of the Company in ensuring proper performance and control of contractual obligations (Article 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation); (2) the processing of data is necessary in order to fulfill the legal obligation of the data controller to keep accounting records (Article 6 (1) (c) of the Regulation). We receive this personal data directly from you by assigning a subscription card and using this card every time you visit the FitLife sports club. We will process the mentioned personal data for the purpose of customer control and accounting for the entire term of the service agreement (subscription) and 2 years after the end of the agreement, unless the customer has not fully covered his debit obligations (until full debit obligations) or longer document retention periods. acts (eg accounting documents).

We note that this personal data (other than a photograph) is required to ensure the proper performance of our contractual obligations. If the Customer does not agree to his photo being processed for this purpose, he may refuse to take a photo, but in this case, the Company may ask the Customer to confirm his / her identity by presenting an identity document each time he / she visits the FitLife sports club.

  1. For direct marketing purposes.

In order for us to send you the latest offers, promotions, discounts, new training programs or other relevant information (Direct Marketing), the Company processes the following personal data about you:

  • Phone number;
  • Email address
  • Consent / disagreement with receiving direct marketing.

We process your personal data in accordance with the following conditions for lawful processing: You have given your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing (Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation). We receive this personal data directly from you by concluding a subscription to the FitLife sports club and / or by expressing your consent to receive the Company's direct marketing communications in any other way. We will process the mentioned personal data for the purpose of direct marketing until the moment of revocation of your consent, but not longer than 3 years.

Please note that you may notify your decision to revoke your consent to receive direct marketing: (1) by selecting the Opt out link in the notification you received, direct marketing communications; (2) in response to a promotional email I received: "I no longer wish to receive direct marketing communications"; (3) by sending a notice of withdrawal of consent to the Company for the purpose of direct marketing; (4) expressing his disagreement in other ways.

  1. For the purpose of request management.

In order for us to maintain proper communication with the Data Subjects and to respond to their requests and / or register for a free consultation, the Company processes the following personal data of yours:

We process your personal data in accordance with the following conditions for lawful processing: By sending the request, you have consented to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of administering your request (Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation).   1. For the purpose of ensuring the security of persons and property.

In order to ensure the proper protection of the property of the Company and / or the sports club FitLife visitors and the safety of the Company's employees and / or the sports club FitLife visitors, the Company monitors the video of the FitLife sports club and manages these data:

  • Captured image data (including personal image).

We process your personal data in accordance with the following conditions of lawful processing: The processing of personal data is necessary to ensure the legitimate interest of the Company in ensuring the protection of its own and data subjects' property and health by monitoring the Company's premises (Article 6 (1) (f)). We receive this personal data directly from you when you visit the FitLife Sports Club. We will process such personal data for the purpose of ensuring the security of persons and property for 15 days, but if there is reason to believe that the video contains a misdemeanor, violation of work discipline, criminal offense or other illegal actions, such videos may be stored until further investigation and / or ) at the end of the proceedings.

It should be noted that the Company monitors only the objects of the sports club FitLife necessary for achieving this goal, therefore the video surveillance is not performed in all the premises of the sports club FitLife.

  1. For the purpose of the company's communication, proper representation and awareness-raising in the public space (Internet).

In order to properly represent the Company and increase the awareness of FitLife Sports Club in the public space (Internet), the Company administers the following accounts for social purposes:

  • @ FitLife.lt account on Instagram at: https://www.instagram.com/fitlife.lt/ .

Therefore, when you communicate with Us or are interested in our activities on social network accounts, you provide the Company with the following personal information:

We process your personal data in accordance with the following conditions of lawful processing: by communicating with us on social network accounts, you have consented to the personal data provided by you being processed for the Company's online communication (Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation). We will process the said personal data for the purpose of the Company's communication, proper representation and awareness raising in the public space (Internet) until the moment of revocation of your consent (deletion of the provided personal data from the account), but no longer than until the deletion of the Company's account. We note that personal data is processed on the facebook platform, therefore their processing and storage in accordance with Facebook Inc. has established a data retention policy.

Please note that personal data submitted on social networks is processed jointly with the social network manager (ie on Facebook Inc. and / or Instagram Inc. platform), therefore, for more information on the processing of personal data on social networks, please read the social network manager privacy policy.

We further inform you that for this purpose, the sports club may publish in its accounts and / or on the Website photos and / or videos captured during training sessions, group activities at the fitness club "FitLife". However, you may not consent to your photography, filming, posting a personal image, or other use. The processing of your personal data (photography, filming, publication) is carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the Office of the Inspector of Journalistic Ethics, so you can express your disagreement (being filmed and / or photographed) directly to the person capturing your image and / or tacitly ( such as covering the face, refusing to pose, etc.). Notwithstanding your consent to the capture and / or publication of your image, you may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying the Data Controller.

  1. What rights does the data subject have and how does the Company exercise them?

Data subjects whose personal data are processed by the Company have the right to:

Therefore, in the event of a change in the Client's personal data (which is necessary to achieve the Company's objectives), the Client is obliged to immediately inform the Company about the changed personal data: (1) by changing the relevant data in the registration form; (2) if the data is not specified in the registration form, informing about it by e-mail.

By submitting his personal data, the Customer assumes full responsibility for the lawfulness of the submission of his personal data and is liable for any losses that may arise to Us and / or third parties due to the illegal processing of such personal data.
